Pelago X respects the privacy of every visitor to this website. This notice describes, in plain language, how information is handled.
Information we collect
This website does not require an account and does not ask visitors for personal information in order to browse. If you contact Pelago X directly, we receive the information you choose to share in your correspondence, such as your name, organisation and contact details.
How information is used
Information shared in correspondence is used to consider and respond to your enquiry. It is not sold, and it is not used for marketing.
Enquiries sent through this website
The enquiry form collects a name, work email address, company or organisation, role or title, the nature of the enquiry and a message. This information is collected so that Pelago X can consider and respond to the enquiry. It is delivered to Pelago X as an email through Resend, a transactional email provider that processes the message on Pelago X’s behalf, and is not shared with anyone else or used for marketing. The intention is to retain enquiry correspondence for no longer than twelve months after the conversation ends, unless a longer period is needed to meet a legal obligation. Requests to access, correct or delete enquiry information may be sent to dbuckley@pelago-x.com.
Retention and security
Correspondence is retained only as long as needed to handle the enquiry and to meet legal obligations, and is handled with appropriate care.
